  5. A week before your class starts, you will receive a Zoom classroom link and instructions via email.

COUCH TEASE WORKSHOP - THURSDAY, sept 12th @7pm MST

75 minute workshop

Yep, you read it correctly- Couch Tease, baby. In this all-levels tease workshop, we will focus on sensual exploration and tease choreography, all in the comfort of our home. Dance on your favorite piece- your couch, your statement chair, your ottoman- you choose, babe. Rock those heels (optional) and throw on your favorite sexy outfit- lingerie, an oversized tee and booty shorts, or even leggings and a crop top- whatever makes you feel extra HOT, boo.

This workshop will begin with a libations ritual (grab your wine, tea, sparkling water, a favorite cocktail- whatever gets you in the mood), followed by a sensual warm-up and stretch to enhance our flow. We will then apply our fireeee toward sexy choreography- hello leg play, spreadies, hair whips, heel clacks, and grind magic.

Light some candles, make some time for you, and let’s tease…

Supply list: Your go-to libation, your favorite piece of furniture to roll around on, and whatever attire makes you feel super sexy (heels optional). I will have a specific Spotify playlist, but you are more than welcome to jam your own music/ playlist.


STANDING SPLIT WORKSHOP - Sunday, Sept 22nd @5:30pm MST

60 minute workshop

Investment: $30; Limited to only 8 registrations (includes recording)

In this standing split workshop, we will focus on relaxing, lengthening, and increasing the flexibility of the hips, hamstrings, calves, and back, toward achieving our wildest standing splits! We will apply our stretching toward floor splits enhancement, as well! And say hiii to epic glute squeezing!

All levels are welcome, as modifications and advancements will be given per student.

Supply list: Yoga mat, yoga block, lacrosse balls, vertical wall space, yoga strap, and ankle weights (2.5 lb. each)

Four WEEK FALL COURSES: SEpt 16th- OCT 7th

ALL-LEVELS BACK Flexibility

Mondays- Sept 16, 23, 30, & Oct 7 @ 6:45pm MST

Investment: $100/ 4, 60 minute recorded classes

In this all-levels back bending course, we will focus on loosening, mobilizing, and increasing the flexibility of the shoulders, back, neck, and side bends. This course will feature my favorite and deepest back stretches, conditioning, and breathing techniques to achieve your DEEPEST flexiness EVER! We will apply our bending to yoga poses, floor inversions, bendy combos, and all kinds of back-attack-magic.

Do you feel uncomfortable and/or nervous stretching your back and shoulders? Do you feel like you have maintained your current back flexibility, but have not increased it? Do you want to just feel GOOD in a backbend? Well, your flexibility fears and plateaus will be a thing of the past, as we will challenge ourselves, with safety and success! Get ready for progress!

Supply list: Yoga mat, yoga block, peanut massage ball (like this) or two lacrosse balls in a sock, a chair, and vertical wall space (and if you have a back warmer- yes!) Here is the link to my favorite back warmer!

FluxCravt™

Mondays- Sept 16, 23, 30, & Oct 7 @ 5:15pm MST

Investment: $120/ 4, 75 minute recorded classes

What is FluxCravt™? This barefoot, mat-based course is a soul-affirming fusion of yoga-inspired flow, righteous booty-shaking, and soothing stretch + release. Awaken your divine feminine, as each class begins with a wild intention and trauma-informed education, and concludes with a healing application and meditation. Students will leave feeling recharged, powerful, and whole; claim your YOU, honey babe! (Tarot cards and expressive writing are utilized within this course as a means of connecting with one’s intuition.)

This is an all-levels course, with no prior yoga experience required.

Supply list: Yoga mat, yoga block, notebook, pen, Spotify app (playlists will be provided), 2 small arm weights (4-5 lb./each), booty band (here)
